Tukumuka means Growth

We took our name from Chinyanja, one of the major languages in Zambia. Tukumuka means ‘to expand’ – we translate it into ‘business growth’.

Helping owner-managers of small firms to grow their business is at our hearts. We provide management consulting to Small and Medium Enterprises in Zambia. Typical engagements include financial control, strategies & tactics around markets /customers, efficiency, and team-building.

We are entrepreneurs  ourselves and we understand all parts of a small business. We understand that coaching & mentoring is an essential element of consulting. During our engagements we build long-term relations, our approach is based on facts but we respond to the ‘world of the entrepreneur’.

When we work with organisations that are formal, we build the bridge between them and the informal entrepreneurial world,  without fastening the support to the supply-side culture (“I want you to be like me”).
